This is the application for students interested in participating in the Work-Based Learning program. Please complete this application. You will be contacted by Dr. Folds to set up an interview and parent meeting.

ELIGIBILITY:
Students must have a minimum 2.5 grade point average, excellent attendance, a good discipline record at school, be on track for graduation, and positive teacher recommendations to be eligible for the WBL program.
