Evaluation of the Culmore Community Partnership Four Corners Programme
The Four Corners Project is a community development initiative developed by Culmore Community Partnership to address need in all “four corners” of Culmore through its four component programmes which are delivered in Culmore Community Hub. These include:

Tuned In – a youth forum and youth club that engages with local young people to develop and deliver activities based on their needs.
Leading Lights – a weekly social programme for the over 50’s designed to provide social opportunities to mitigate social isolation.
Culmore Connections – involves the coordination and delivery of outreach services at Culmore Community Hub e.g. welfare advice, health and well-being checks, training and employment assistance.
Culmore Affinity – is a history, culture and arts programme celebrating Culmore’s long and rich history and its current diversity through various arts, media and events, including the Culmore Festival.

By completing this survey, you will help Culmore Community Partnership evaluate all parts of the programme delivery and help shape the design of new programmes in the future.

The Four Corners Project was funded by The National Lottery Community Fund.
