It is designed as a simple self-assessment tool to highlight where your business is out of balance and identify the functions that need attention.  

Each section has a number of statements that you are required to rate on a scale of 1 - 5, where 5 represents an ideal situation and 1 when there is nothing in place.

Whilst the assessment is simply and straight forward to complete the questions do go into a reasonable degree of depth, meaning it is only worth completing if you are genuinely committed to making change. We recommend you set aside approximately 10 - 15 mins to complete the full questionnaire.  At the end of the set of questions, you will be prompted to enter your name and email address and a report will be emailed to you.
