Develop your resiliency muscles by letting this workshop be your guide as you design your own Personal Stress Hardiness Plan. 

From science-supported better breathing techniques to lively in-class mindfulness exercises, you’ll learn how to focus on and live in the “here” and “now” of life.

You’ll do LAPS to start building your functional stress hardiness: 

• LEARN about yourself and how you deal with stress now

• Explore your ATTITUDE to discover better ways to motivate yourself to develop a more resilient lifestyle

• PLAN a strategy to make self-care part of your daily routine

• Build your SUPPORT network to help you stay accountable. 

Together we’ll help each other get the most benefit out of work and play every day!

For your resiliency toolbox, you’ll get in-class and take-home quizzes, charts, self-assessments, and links to excellent free apps and courses to help you beyond the workshop.
