Queer Histories Story Submission
Vernon County Historical Society and Viroqua Area Pride invite your participation in the Vernon County Queer Histories project. Stories of LGBTQIA2S+ life in Vernon County and the surrounding area will be compiled for future generations in the Vernon County museum archives. Selected submissions will also, with participant permission, be included in other formats that are easily accessible to the public. Below, you will find many questions that are not required; you are welcome to answer as many or as few as you would like. We encourage you to tell your stories in as much detail as you are comfortable sharing. If you would rather tell your story orally, make sure to indicate so on the question provided and we will be in touch with you to schedule a recording session. Thank you so much for sharing; your stories are important. We hear you.
