Each year, the Deanery Project hosts an Annual General Meeting (AGM) where members receive a report on our activities, and we conduct essential business.

AGM business includes: an annual report and financial statements; presentations from the Chair and the Executive Director on the previous years’ activities and plans for the coming year; election of a new slate of board members and information about how to become involved if you are interested in becoming part of the board or a committee at a future date.

We are especially excited this year to share the new strategic plan that the Board and staff have been hard at work on since the Spring. It is also the Deanery's 10th anniversary.

Everyone is welcome to attend the meeting, but only members can vote. If you are not a member, please take this opportunity to become one, or renew today on our web site.  Your membership allows you to participate in the Board election, and to vote at the AGM.  Voting privileges are given to both monthly donors (min $5/month), or on purchase of a $25 annual membership.
