On behalf of all of us at Delta Kelly, we are so excited to welcome you to the Cardinal family! Things may look a little different right now in our schools, but we will be taking all the necessary steps to ensure that we are ready for a successful school year. At this point we anticipate updates to be frequent and often so our best method of communication for the time being will be e-mail. Once you fill out this form you will be on our list where we will be sending out information and updates as they become available. We will also be creating opportunities for families to interact with our teachers and get to know Delta Kelly.

You will also notice some questions on the form that are designed to create an experience that is tailored to each individual child. If there is something you cannot or choose not to answer, that is okay. We understand that this form is a little lengthy but all of the information you provide will be helpful. Please note that this is not the Rochester Community Schools registration process. You must still register your child through the District.
