Freedom Scholars Summer Application 2024
Application: Please fully complete one application per child.

Enrollment:
All youth must have completed at least one year of school (kindergarten) and no more than 8th grade.

We will only have (10) scholars per classroom so register early to confirm your child's spot.

Youth accepted into the program must be available and ready to participate from Monday, July 8, 2024 through Friday, August 9, 2024. Level 1 BOYS CLASS IS FULL (K-2) IF YOU TRY TO REGISTER FOR THIS PARTICULAR CLASS, WE WIll NOTIFY YOU THAT SPOTS ARE FILLED! 

Program Acceptance:  Scholar(s) acceptance into the program is on a first-come-first serve basis. At the end of the application form, you must click the "submit" button for your child's information to be shared with FSLC admin. Once your completed application is received you will be notified. Based on the length of the program, there will be no waiting list. We highly encourage parents to attend parent orientation to guarantee your child(s) enrollment in the program. Orientation date to be announced in June 2024.
