Use this form to complete camp registration your child. Please fill out a separate form for each child. 

This form only needs to be completed once for each child attending Gahagan's Nature Camps for Summer 2025. If there are any changes to the below information, please email info@gahagannature.org

Registration is not considered complete until we receive both this information form, AND payment for camps are submitted through our online store.

Pick-up Policies

Adults picking up youth must bring a photo ID.

In case of a request for the pick-up of the camper to a person not listed on this form, the camper will remain with staff until the parent/guardian listed has been contacted and grants permission for the release of the child.

Late pick up (after 3:05pm) will be charged a fee of one dollar per minute.
