Twice each year, Community Faith Partners (CFP) conducts a Care Day during which Christians cross racial and denominational lines to work together to serve our community.

Please use this form to recommend a PROJECT for CFP Care Day on SATURDAY, OCTOBER 15 2022.  To be considered, PLEASE COMPLETE THIS BRIEF APPLICATION BY September 26th.

Please note that:

1. Projects that serve those in need will be prioritized
2. Projects that can be completed in a single day will be prioritized
3. We may receive more project applications than we can accept (materials + volunteers are limited)

If your project is chosen for Care Day, a CFP representative will be in touch and may request an in-person visit to your project site in order to ensure we have enough materials and volunteers to complete your project.
