An Athlete Plan is an exact schedule of your player's week and season, comprised of private and semiprivate lessons, athlete assessment and regular well-being testing, physical sessions, injury management, stretching, solo practice programs, match analysis, tournament coaching and tournament physio support.
We will remove the guesswork on your end. We will plan your season, your year, your career. The Athlete Plan is not being offered to everyone, as it requires equal dedication and commitment from us all parties. The program will be one 3-month budget that will include all activities for the season. The plan also accounts for one full week of activity cancellations that can be applied anywhere throughout the season.
