Informed Consent
You are being invited to participate in a research study titled “Building your Teaching Toolbox.”  This study is being conducted by Jonathan Davis and Maureen Connolly from the The College of New Jersey.  
 
The purpose of this research study is to account for the pedagogical needs of teachers working in varied school and community contexts. If you agree to take part in this study, you will be asked to complete an online survey/questionnaire.  This survey/questionnaire will ask about your teaching context and focus on 1) classroom climate; 2) planning; 3) implementation; and 4) professional development. The survey will take you approximately 10 minutes to complete.
 
You may not directly benefit from this research; however, we hope that your participation in the study may provide a good opportunity for professional reflection and growth.

Participants will be entered into a drawing for a $50 Amazon Gift Card and a free copy of the book when it is published.
 
Your participation in this study is completely voluntary and you can withdraw at any time.  You are free to skip any question that you choose.
