Don't worry, not all of these player counts will apply to every game we're testing. Most of what we need is 2 to 4 players.

We typically test over a 3 week period and we'll ask that you split your plays across the weeks. We'll take feedback from each week and incorporate changes into the game for the next week. For example:

Week 1 - Play 2-4 games between Tuesday and Sunday
Week 2 - Play 2-4 games between Tuesday and Sunday
Week 3 - Play 2-4 games between Tuesday and Sunday

We leave Monday for our iterations based on feedback and game play throughout the testing.

By submitting this form, you may be invited as a playtester for our upcoming games. But if you're not selected for the next one, don't fear -- we may reach out to you again in the future to see if you're still interested.

If you're selected as a playtester, this is how the process usually works:
- We'll let you know about the details of the game and the requirement before you decide to commit to the playtest.
- Usually your "wave" will be about 8-10 total hours of play across 2 weeks, completing a feedback form for each session and a feedback form at the end.
- You will be responsible for gathering others to test with, learning to play the game from a rule book PDF, and learning about any changes from the previous iterations to know how things have changed with gameplay. You do not need to play with the same players during each play.
- Games will typically be played digitally on Tabletopia (free) or Tabletop Simulator (required a 1-time paid download)
- You will collect feedback from your group and submit that feedback in the provided feedback form after each play.
- You agree that your feedback given becomes the intellectual property of Floodgate Games and no future claim can be made about any feedback / contributions given during playtesting.
- You agree not to share details about this game publicly until Floodgate Games says it's ok to do so. Sharing details with friends and family is just fine.
- The other players you are testing with would need to organize their own, separate group if they would like to receive rewards (below) for playtesting.
- You'll inform the others in your group about these terms.

For completing the playtesting requirement, you'll receive the following rewards:
- We will send you 1 copy of the game with complimentary shipping, but you will be responsible for any import duties (if applicable).
- If there is a deluxe/premium edition, you'll receive that edition.
- You'll be listed as a playtester either in the rulebook (if there's space) or on our website.
- Our gratitude -- you're the best!
