The following form should be filled out in it's entirety if you are hoping to temporarily "pause" your membership.
Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your request. ATP will not be held responsible for auto payments that occur before a pause request is processed if the request is made within 3 business days of a member's billing date.
Your billing will be suspended for the duration of the pause. The billing will automatically resume once the pause period has ended. Any suspended payments will be added onto the initial term of your agreement, extending the Membership term by the length of the pause.
Please note: Members with an outstanding account balance may not pause their account until balances are paid.
