Note to ALL Youth Applicants: Thank you for your interest in CISV. Please complete the entire application, including the supplement.  The supplements outline additional responsibilities unique to those CISV programs.
Village applicants, please complete the village supplement form (Village delegates must be 11 years of age).
Youth Meeting, Step Up and Fortnight applicants, please complete Youth Delegate Supplemental  (Youth Meeting are for 12-13 years old,  Step Ups are for youth ages 14 or 15 and Fortnight is for 16-17)
