All RPCI camps are covered by a Public Liability (3rd party) Insurance Policy. In addition to the insurance cover that we provide, you may wish to take out cover against personal accident, cancellation, illness and loss of luggage.
Booking
Thank you for booking via this Google Form.  Spaces are allocated on a first come first served basis and late applications may not be accepted as numbers are restricted by Covid regulations. When your application has been accepted you will receive further information in due course. Full fees are due on the day of reunion.
Photographs and Video
Photographs and video footage taken during RPCI Camps may be used in publicity materials, on the RPCI website or on a private blog during the week of camp.
Data Protection
The information you provide on this form is held and used throughout the time of camp. We do not share information with any other organisations. For insurance reasons this information will then be securely archived.

Camp Rules
*   Campers & Committee will carry out a lateral flow test before arriving at camp reunion.
*   Campers & Committee will NOT attend reunion if lateral flow test is positive or if they have symptoms of Covid 19
*   Campers & Committee will wear a mask when arriving, leaving the building and at appropriate times.
*   Bullying behaviour is not acceptable
*   Campers are not allowed to leave the premises without permission.
*   Smoking or the possession/use of alcohol or illegal substances is prohibited
*   RPCI Camps reserves the right to ask a young person to leave the camp if their behaviour is incompatible with the general enjoyment and well-being of others. In the event of a serious or continual breach of camp rules we reserve the right to ask for collection arrangements to be made for the camper, In these circumstances the parent/guardian will be informed.
