The Aaron Douglas Art Fair is committed to making each fair a celebration of community! We know our schools and our local non-profits are a huge part of that community. Yearly we offer both an opportunity to host a booth at the fair FREE.

A few of Stipulations:

1.  NO Sale of Art Without Permission - Organizations are not allowed to sell students/clients art work without their consent. It will be up to the organization to handle all appropriate paperwork and ADAF will not be held liable for any sales made.

2.  Fundraisers ARE Allowed - If your organization would like to have a donation can or a fundraiser at your booth you are welcome too. We have seen many versions of this over the years. Face painting, bake goods, class art projects that have parental approval for sale.

3.  You MUST display art relevant to your organization - Bring art and display it. As this is a free booth space and space is limited this year. An empty, information only, or fundraising booth only is not acceptable. Show your students or clients art AND fundraise and share information.

4.  Be creative, have fun, and get your people involved! The People's Choice Award and the Best in Show: student category are always coveted awards!

5. Only one booth per organization/school. With the exception of multiple schools combined into one (i.e. elementary + middle one building).

Information:

ADAF Provides one 8' table and two chairs for each booth. You will need to provide a 10 x 10 pop up tent, any color (tent is not required, but strongly suggested for weather).

All booths will need to be set up before 10 am for judging and may not be torn down before 5 pm. Additional details will be sent out as we get closer to the fair.
