PROFESSIONAL LEARNING SERIES REGISTRATION
Thank you for registering for the Professional Learning Series workshop.  Please complete the information below.  Completing this form confirms your registration.  We will follow-up with a reminder email and details approximately 2 weeks before the workshop.  We strongly encourage you to invite a teacher colleague to attend the workshop with you.

Registration Agreements:
*All registered participants receive materials for implementation, resources, Continuing Education Units (free to SchoolsFirst members), continental breakfast and light lunch.  
*The sponsorship of this Teachers' Series of workshops requires full attendance at each workshop.  
*Continuing education units and materials are distributed at the end of the five-hour workshop.  
*Cancellations must be received a minimum of 48 hours before the workshop so that your spot can be filled.
*No-shows will not be allowed to register for future workshops.  

WORKSHOPS ARE ON SATURDAY FROM 8 AM TO 1 PM.
