Filling out this form DOES NOT satisfy the Driver Ed. requirement to attend the 90-Minute Student/Parent Meeting.  The week of January 8-11, you will recieve an email with at link to the Parent Meeting for Thursday January 11, from 6:30pm-8:00pm.  You will be able to join the meeting starting at 6:20.  Those that try to join the meeting after the start time may NOT be admitted.  If possible we would ask that student and parent are on the same screen and leave the camera on.  It is preferred that the student's chromebook is used but any device should work.  If a parent and student need to use a seperate device, please fill out a seperate form with parent's name and email addresss.  Attendance will be verified at the end of the video presentation.
