- Full payment is expected at the time of registration for the class. It is advised that you register and make your full payment as soon as possible to ensure your seat in the class and to avoid class cancellation due to low enrollment. If the class is canceled due to low enrollment, all registered students will be notified immediately and will receive a full refund.

- If you must cancel your registration, please do so as early as possible to make space available for someone else or to avoid us having to cancel the class. If you cancel before the one-month, Monday, December 30, 2019 cancellation deadline, you will receive a refund for the amount submitted less a 5% processing fee.

- CANCELLATION DEADLINE There will be no refunds given after the one-month, Monday, December 30, 2019 cancellation deadline with two (2) exceptions:
Exception 1: If there is a waiting list and we can fill your slot, you will receive a refund of the full amount less a 5% processing fee.
Exception 2: You can transfer your paid registration to another person, but not to Mr. Potato Head. First, you must notify the guild of your intent to transfer your payment, the new class member must fill out a registration form, and the transfer must be confirmed by the guild in advance of the class.

- There will be no full refunds, under any circumstances, during the final seven (7) days prior to the first day of class. If you cancel within this period, the teacher fee for the class will be paid without exception. Any consideration for a refund of administrative or guild costs may be made by Board approval at the next regular Board meeting following the class. Certain conditions must be met for any refund of administrative or guild costs, including that these costs of the class have been fully covered by the students who participated in the class.
