Thank you for showing interest in after school tuition for your child for Term 4, 2022. Tutoring is due to commence on 17th October i.e. Monday Week 2 of Term 4.

The tutoring sessions take place on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday* afternoon at two intervals: 3-4 pm or 4-5 pm in the Library at Concord High School. This term the program offers either private or small group tuition (in pairs or groups of three) for English and Maths. Our tutors specifically focus on providing feedback for lesson homework, class assessments, and general content support to each student.

Parents and carers are reminded that students are expected to come to the session with work or assessments prepared as our program DOES NOT require the tutors to create content for these sessions. Please note the After School Tutoring Program is different to the after school Maths Club that runs Tuesdays, organised by Ms Zhang.

The pricing/cost of the tutoring sessions are as follows:

Private Tuition (Tutor: 1 student) $55 per 1-hour session
Paired Tuition  (Tutor: 2 students) $42 per 1-hour session
Shared Tuition (Tutor: 3 students) $35 per 1-hour session

Please complete ALL sections of the application* form provided below in order to reserve a position in the After School Tutoring program. However, please be informed that not all applicants will be successful in receiving their preferred session(s) and tutoring time(s) due to the high demand for tutors.

* Please note that this program is limited to the availability of our tutors who are university students with current WWCC and supervised by Miss Giaquinto, and the program is also worked around their individual university timetables, as a result, this does, unfortunately, limit the number of sessions I can ultimately provide.

You will be advised, if successful, of the start date for tutoring via email. Please ensure you regularly check your email as this will be the main method to confirm your child's placement in tutoring.
