Please use this form to sign your student up for our elective classes. Each class has limited space so we encourage you to send in your request soon. We will notify you by email that your student is enrolled, or that he/she has been placed on a waiting list (if we are at capacity). 

Piano/Drums/Guitar/Ukulele/Vocal/ lessons: with Shera Covington, open to students age 8 and up.

Shop Class: open to students in 7th grade and up.  Depending on how many students enroll, we may allow younger students to enroll. 

Art Class Elective (This is not their group Art Class): with Michele Daugherty, open to students age 11 and up.
