We understand the challenges of complying with DOT regulations order to expedite the process of preparing a quote for your vehicle lettering/graphics, Please complete this questionnaire to the best of your ability (this should be completed by the person responsible for final approval). After you fill out this questionnaire, we will contact you to go over details and scheduling availability. If you have any images or photos to send us, you may do so at: Steve@JadeSignDesign.net. 

We will then prepare a formal proposal and cost estimate, and we will include a draft mockup for your approval. You will also receive a link to pay

MEASUREMENTS:
It is very important that we receive accurate measurements before we arrive on installation day. Because every manufacturer has various options available, it is not enough to know the make and model of the vehicle alone.

Below, you will see an example of our PREFERRED METHOD OF MEASUREMENT (taking a photo with a yard stick on each panel that you wish to have us work on - with the vehicle square, as straight as possible).

There is also an image below that shows how NOT to take that photo, with the vehicle sideways, which would give us INACCURATE measurements.  You can email us these images at Steve@JadeSignDesign.net, or text them to (508) 272-1219.

We will be in touch with you shortly. If we have not done so already, upon receipt of this information, we will be sending a formal estimate to the email address above. We require a 50% deposit before beginning your project - generally 24 to 48 hours prior to installation, unless otherwise stated in the estimate. The remaining 50% will be due immediately upon completion - please let us know if you would prefer to pay via credit card or Apple Pay and we would be happy to accommodate that.
