Crazy 8s {{Grades 3-5}} Registration
Crazy 8s Club is a fun math club where your child will participate in a different hands-on math activity each week.  

This summer we are offering this math club to families with children entering either grades K-2 *or* 3-5.  THIS REGISTRATION FORM IS FOR GRADES 3-5 ON TUESDAY AFTERNOONS.

Each session is open to a max of 12 participants.  Registration is required as space and supplies are limited.  Please fill out a new form for each child attending.  Registration will close after it reaches 12 participants.

The club will run in June and July with a new activity each week, including Venn There Done That, Crayon Craze, and more!  Please note that there will NOT be math club for Grades 3-5 on Tuesday July 4 or July 11.  Thank you!
