BTMS Holiday Shop Vendor Form 
2nd Annual BTMS Holiday Shop! students will be able to discreetly shop for family and friends. The shop will be held on Monday, December 4th from 8:30 - 5:00 in BTMS gym. Each vendor will be stationed at a table (PTO will provide tables) to sell their items. Please bring a tablecloth or any decorations you would like for your table. The vendor participation charge is $25 which can be paid via PayPal, Venmo, check or cash. Vendors may purchase an additional table for $25. Complete the form below if you would like to participate and a table will be reserved for you. Students will shop 8:30 - 2:30 and parents will be permitted to come in to shop after school until 5:00. Vendors can come in to set up at 7:30am. Forms need to be submitted by Monday  November 27th.
