Offline Donation Entry Form 2020
****IMPORTANT NOTE: MATCHING FUNDS already entered on your donation page DO NOT GET SUBMITTED THROUGH THIS FORM. They will already show up in your total when they are achieved.***

-Donations under $500 each should be grouped together and submitted as one transaction (one form).
- Donations above $500 can be submitted separately and recognized in accordance with the donor's wishes (may be anonymous).
- The donor's email address or zip code are requested to ensure accurate inputting of donations.
- Deposit checks/cash donations to your organization's bank. Do NOT send actual checks/cash to Long Beach Gives.
- Organizations may begin submitting offline donations on September 17th.  
- All offline donations received by 10am on September 24th will post to your giving day page by midnight. All offline donations submitted after 10am will be entered in the order they are received, time permitting.**

**Please Note: We will endeavor to input the transactions as quickly as possible.  Please remember that we are inputting donations for all 200+ organizations, so it may take a while for donations to be reflected on the organization's page.

Reminder- Offline donations do not count towards Prizes.
