Hello there, so thrilled you're interested in Build the Future, AKA UGBA 198: How to Build the Future! 🚀 

The logistical stuff first: deadline to apply is September 3, 11:59 PM PST. Decisions are made on a rolling basis so get your app in ASAP! Expect a final word in your inbox by September 5. 

We'll kick it off with an intro class on Tuesday, Sep 12, 6-8 PM. Every Tuesday after will be a startups primer + founder chat, same time 6-8 PM. We'll also have weekly discussion, date and time TBD.

About Build The Future
Startups are mired in uncertainty. Building one is an experience of feeling your way through the dark—relying on rules of thumb, advice, and instincts to do the right thing at the right time. In Build the Future, you'll learn how to navigate this uncertainty by hearing from those who've done it before.


Who we're looking for
Anyone curious about startups--whether you're a seasoned builder or taking your first steps. No target major or year :) You'll love it if you're trying to explore new spaces, find inspiration, or just wanna have cozy no-frills conversations with the coolest entrepreneurs on the block.

We steer clear of the standard business-y networking scene, and BTF isn't the arena to pitch your startup ideas or fundraise (bc there's lots of other options on campus for that!)
