All trip deposits and payments are non-refundable.

If Kindred Exchange has to cancel a trip, all trip deposits and payments, as well as any funds raised or donated on your behalf, will be transferred to another KE trip.

If you cancel your participation on a KE trip, you will lose your deposit and any funds raised/donated on your behalf for your trip. Additionally, you may be responsible for cancellation fees imposed by the airlines.

I hear by consent to the participation in interviews and photography, both still and motion (videos) while traveling with Kindred Exchange, hereby referred to as KE. I also grant to KE the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use my personal quotes/comments, as well as the right to publish photographs or movies taken of me, and the use of my name and/or likeness. I also grant to KE the right to edit, use, and reuse said products for non-profit purposes including, but no limited to, use in print, on the internet, and all other forms of media. I further understand that my participation is voluntary and that I will not receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of these images.
