Calling all makers with a focus on International items (especially immigrants and refugees) with beautiful unique artisan work and handmade gifts for sale! Sponsored by Bilingual International.

We welcome you to share your unique artisan work and handmade gifts with St. Louisans during the "Loop in Motion" motion in the University City Loop.

FEES: The fee is $50.00/ 10’ x 10’ space for the weekend of September 11-12.

Spaces are located on Delmar Blvd, directly in front of W Karaoke at 6655 Delmar. Spaces will be assigned by Global Roots & Rhythms. Special requests will be considered, but cannot be guaranteed.

Fees must be paid in advance by check, money order, or Paypal. Checks should be made out to “Bilingual International” and mailed to: P.O. Box 300249, University City, MO 63130. ELECTRICITY: Electricity is not available. Personal, outside, or stand-alone generators are permitted.

HOURS: Vendors must be completely set up by 11:45 a.m. and continue to sell until 6:00 p.m. Vendors may begin set-up at 9:00 a.m., not earlier, unless previous arrangements have been made. Early tear down/departure is not permitted under any circumstances.

SUBSTITUTIONS: If for any reason you are not able to attend, you are permitted to send another vendor in your place.

PARKING: There are 400+ free parking spaces in the University City parking lot directly behind 6655 Delmar.

TENTS/TABLES: Tents are not required (and are NOT supplied) but are highly recommended. All tents must be free standing (EZ-up style) and weighted sufficiently to prevent being blown away in the event of wind. Event is RAIN or SHINE. All tables and chairs brought by the vendor must fit within the space that they have rented and paid for.

TRASH: Both trash and recycling receptacles will be available on Delmar. Please pick up all of your trash before leaving the event to make sure we are invited back again for future festivals.

SAFETY & SANITATION: Masks are required to be worn by all vendors and customers at the event.
