Event Coordinator:
> Job Description:
Be in attendance to assigned client consultations
Determine the Clients goals and requirements for their event
Liaise with vendors, entertainers, and staff during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.
Maintain personal organization and/or create a timeline for yourself to ensure you are keeping client satisfaction up.
Coordinate and communicate with Lead Designers and/or Owners.
Create Event Day itinerary and any additional necessities discussed during consultation

> Requirements:
**Although we offer minor training, we do ask that you exhibit some already established skill or knowledge in running an event and creating games and itinerary to make our clients day special.

Event Designer:
