Application Deadlines for Area Funds:

1) May 31 is the application deadline for area funds released at the beginning of the upcoming fiscal year (June 1 – May 31).

2) Any unused funds after May 31 are pooled and available to any area for application by September 30 (for remaining months in fiscal year which ends May 31)

3) Applications received after September 30 will be considered based on suitability and funding availability province-wide.

I understand that if my application is approved, any changes that I make post-approval will need to be authorized by my Area Rep. Funds are designated for their original purpose as set out in the submitted application. Any material changes (e.g. date change, venue change, speaker change, change in fee, etc.) may mean the area funds are forfeited unless prior permission is obtained by the Area Rep and/or SHBC.
