Team Fearless is Zwift’s first all-female racing team, and still one of the largest, with active members located across the globe. We pride ourselves on integrity, personal growth, and providing a supportive environment for all of our racers.
As a team our main goals are to get women active, encourage them to be Fearless in all aspects of life, and ultimately get more women racing and riding out in the real world. Our team members benefit greatly from our supportive environment, large knowledge base, and our large core of teammates for coordinating team tactics when racing on Zwift.
We have an active Teammates Only FB group and a Team Fearless Discord server with private voice/text chat channels where we seek advice, celebrate achievements, and discuss which races we will compete. If your application is accepted, we will invite you to join our Teammates Only FB group and our Discord Server.
Here are the requirements for joining our team –
1) You must be biologically female. (It is an all-female team after all. ;-) )
2) You must register on ZwiftPower.com and sign the consent form allowing your full metrics to be visible.
3) You must have already completed at least 3 ZwiftPower registered races within the last 3 months or be willing to do so before being accepted to the team.
4) You must be willing to commit to at least one race, one Fearless group ride or completing 1 activity of the Fearless Monthly Challenge each month.
5) You must be willing to race on Zwift for ONLY Fearless. Racing for another Zwift team without prior approval may be grounds for removal from the team. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis with Admin approval.
6) You must be committed to keeping your equipment calibrated correctly per your manufacturer’s instructions.
If you have fulfilled the requirements listed above, please fill out our Team Fearless Application by clicking "NEXT" at the bottom of the page. One of our admins will review your Zwift Power profile to verify that you meet the requirements listed above.
