Changes to the Ordering Process
The yearbook ordering process is changing.
  • We will no longer accept cash or checks after August 19, 2022. Instead, by filling out this form, you are agreeing to have your Bishop Verot FACTS account charged.
  • Before August 19, 2022, the price is $75.00, and you can pay with cash, a check (made out to Bishop Verot, with the student's name and grade in the memo line), or by filling out this form to charge your FACTS account.
  • After August 19, 2022, the price is $100.00, and the only way to pay will be through filling out this form to charge your FACTS account.
  • Orders can only be guaranteed if this form was completed on or before Friday, January 13, 2023.
  • We do try to order a small surplus of books, which will be available for purchase when the shipment arrives towards the end of the school year, but supplies are always limited. This form is meant to reserve and purchase a copy.
