I, (insert name below), agree to arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to judging day, dress rehearsal, and the show day call times. I understand that if I am late to the time slot of my choosing on judging day, the Submissions Committee and Producers reserve the right to eliminate my collection from the show due to the disrespect it displays for the judge's time, other designer’s time, as well as the Threads Fashion production class’s time.

I understand that if I am unable to attend an event that is required of me, it is expected I will contact the Relations Committee or producers at least 24 hours prior to informing them of my absence.  (Type name below to confirm agreement)

I understand that submitting a collection for Threads Fashion Show does not guarantee that I am selected as a designer for the final show by the judges. (Type name below to confirm agreement) *

I understand that it is expected of me to treat the models assigned to my collection, the Relations Committee, the producers, and the Threads Fashion production class, with respect. If it is reported that there is a lack of respect from any of the parties mentioned, I understand that there will be consequences delegated by the Threads Fashion production team as they see fit. (Type name below to confirm agreement)
