Virtual Library Services Grader (VLSG)
Decades ago, the internet has gained a significant position in the lives of many people. It has also changed the mode of delivery for library services and resources. At this period of pandemic, library services are no longer confined to library buildings but are using the internet to offer online access to resources and services. Hence, the role of our DYCI Library website has emerged as a key element in current library services by being the gateway to available e-journals, e-books, online databases (full-text and bibliographic), digitized collections, OPAC, virtual information about the library and online feedback and requests through Tidio libchat and FB messenger.
This VLSG aims to know your perception about DYCI Library website usability and the level of your satisfaction with its virtual services. The questionnaire covers 8 criteria: frequency of usage, usefulness, convenience, design, duality, purpose(s) of using, and satisfaction on library website.
