What? The 4th Anglophone Community Après-Cours - WORKPLACE ERGONOMICS  
Please join us for this 1-hour session where you will connect with other AGE teachers to learn about and discuss workplace ergonomics with occupational therapist Yoyo Kwok.

What to expect?
This interactive, informative, and practical workshop is for teachers who may be experiencing physical discomfort due to increased time spent sitting in front of a computer AND for those who wish to make preventative changes to their workstations. Participants will learn about typical office-work-related injuries and what types of practices and products can minimize or prevent these injuries.
