Client Satisfaction Survey for External Clients

The Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority (FPA) is a regulatory government agency attached to the Department of Agriculture (DA) mandated to assure the public of safe and quality fertilizers, pesticides and other agricultural chemicals through the issuance of licenses, registrations and permits.

In the interest of providing efficient public services, and in compliance with Section 20 of Republic Act 11302 or the "Ease of Doing Business Act", FPA shall establish a feedback mechanism and Client Satisfaction Measurements (CSM).

This CSM tracks the client/customer experience of transacting with the FPA. It also aims to determine client/customer's awareness of the agency's Citizen's Charter and the implementation of the Anti-Fixer campaign. Your feedback will greatly help us improve our public service delivery.
