Wellsprings Together Angel Application Form

The Wellsprings Angels Support Programme brings together those with relevant experience and expertise to support parish churches and Christian charities across the Diocese of Leeds through important but time bound projects in their ambition and calling to impact their community for good. 

The programme is managed by Wellsprings Together: an independent charity in partnership with the Diocese of Leeds.  https://wellspringstogether.org.uk/initiatives/wellsprings-angels This form is to be completed by those who are interested and willing to become a prospective Angel.
