Dancers and Parents have read and discussed the agreement attached below. They also understand that by auditioning for the performance company, they are agreeing to any casting the directors see fit. Dancers are not cast into certain routines just because they desire to. Casting is based on technique, performance ability, ages, heights, styles, attention span, work ethic, past attendance, and much more. Dancers in the company must be available during July and August for rehearsals, choreography, and technique classes.
