In this survey, we seek to understand the level of training budtenders & front-of-house dispensary workers receive during onboarding & over the course of their employment. We'll begin with general questions, move into more specific categories, & end with some basic demographic data. There are both multiple choice & longer form answers, but none of the questions are required.
