The SWO 2021 is a pilot event for future regional championships, such as South East Asian and Commonwealth weightlifting championships, that will attract competitors and audiences from neighbouring countries. Come help play a part in growing the sport. Weightlifting enthusiasts are also encouraged to join us and find out more about what goes on behind the scenes at such milestone events.
