Purpose of Agreement. The purpose of this Agreement is to engage the Brand Deputy as an independent contractor to promote the Company's 420 apparel line through social media posts in exchange for merchandise.
Term of Agreement. This Agreement shall commence on the date of acceptance and shall continue until all obligations are fulfilled.
Brand Deputy's Obligations. As a Brand Deputy, the Deputy agrees to;

Promote the Company's 420 apparel line/ and or blog (bluntbtch.com) through social media posts on their personal accounts, including Instagram, Twitter, TikTok (if applicable) and Facebook.
Share high-quality, visually appealing photos of themselves wearing the Company's 420 apparel.
Use the hashtag #bluntbtch in all social media posts related to the Company's 420 apparel line.
Post at least one tagged/collaborative, IG post + 1 story on each discussed social media platform, within two weeks of receiving their items.
Must be legal age
Respond promptly to any requests from the Company for additional promotional activities, if applicable.

4. Compensation. In exchange for the Deputy promotional activities, the Company agrees to provide them with the following compensation:

A selection of merchandise from the Company's 420 apparel line, to be determined by the Company in its sole discretion.
The Deputy will not be compensated with cash or any other form of payment, unless otherwise discussed.
If opt-in YES to gift card program, Deputy will receive exclusive discounts and perks as a member of our Brand Deputy team.

5. Intellectual Property. The Deputy acknowledges that all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, in and to the Company's 420 apparel line and blog and any materials provided by the Company (not including compensation products) are the sole and exclusive property of the Company.

6. Confidentiality. The Deputy agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any and all confidential information disclosed by the Company during the term of this Agreement. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, business plans, financial information, and marketing strategies.

7. Termination. This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon five (5) days written notice. Upon termination of this Agreement, the Deputy will immediately cease all promotional activities on behalf of the Company and return any and all materials provided by the Company with valid postal tracking.
