After the payment is made, we will arrange a time & date with the customer for bike collection and the receipt will be issued.
(If you didn't receive our email within 1-3days regarding on the payment, please email or call us again or check your spam folder.)

Pre-Order of bikes,
👉 Deposit: $200 (PayNow or Cash)
Balance will be paid upon the bike collection.
Receipt for deposit will be issued after the deposit is made.
(Please Note that Deposits are Non-Refundable)

Bikes with ready stock,
👉 Full Payment required. (PayNow or Cash)
After the payment is made, we will proceed onto setting up the bike and we will notify the customer when the bike is ready for collection.
(Please Note that payment made are Non-Refundable)

Delivery will be an additional of $35, additional charges may apply depending on the location.
(Please be aware that some scratches on the bicycle frame and components may occur as a result of delivery; this may be unavoidable, but we will make every effort to minimise it during the process.)

The bicycle will be fully setup by us and ready to ride before handing over.

Upon collection, a 10-15mins training will be provided on how to fold the bike. Warranty, T&C will be briefed to the customer during handing over.
