Throughout the year, the TMA will be taking photos for the music yearbook and the raffle calendar, just as we always have in the past. There are so many good photos that don’t get used that we would like to offer an opportunity for your kids to have a collection of these photos, while also raising money for the many things the TMA supports: scholarships, band camp, events throughout the school year, and much more!
 
This year we are looking to offer a flash drive for sale that includes hundreds of photos of your kids at band camp, chorus camp, football games, Dover Band Show, and the many concerts throughout the year.  These photos will be loaded on a flash drive and made available for purchase near the end of the school year.  In order to do this, we need your permission!

Please sign the form below giving us permission to photograph your child and include them in the collection of photos.  It will hopefully be something years from now your family can look back on fondly.  If we find we have gotten enough good photos, we may offer multiple drives that feature primarily Band and Jazz Band, or Orchestra and Guitar Orchestra, or Chorus and Select Chorus.

Last year there were no music program students on the school’s “opt out of photos” list and we are hoping for the same this year.

Important information:
*Photos will not include any individual identifiers.
*Photos that include the entire band/chorus/orchestra are exempt from individual permission.  
We need these forms back from every student with either opt in or opt out by October 15, 2019.
