(We are testing out a novel form, Small-Group Mentoring, where each mentor can be matched with several mentees for small-group discussions and personal career suggestions. Preferred end date of this small-group mentoring. We plan to make the small-group mentoring not a fixed-for-ever event, but do it period by period. Maybe each period can be 3-month, 6-month, 9-month, 1-year, or long-term ones. You can always re-apply to another mentoring group at the end of your current group.
