KFA Marketplace Seller Form

Please fill out this form if you would like to sell your used/brand new keyboards, keycaps, deskmats, or any other keyboard components on KFA Marketplace.

How does the marketplace work? 
Sellers can fill out a google form to list their products. Once we receive the form, the item will be listed within 3-5 business days in most cases. Once the item sells, sellers will be contacted via Discord with a shipping label. The seller then uses the provided shipping label to ship the package to us. Once we receive your item, your payment will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Seller Responsibilities
In order to protect our KFA Marketplace buyers, you have to let us know immediately if for any reason your item is not available anymore. If your product has sold on the the marketplace and you're not able to provide it, you will be banned from the marketplace. This is to ensure that the system is fair for both parties.

NOTE: Physical jars of Lube (Krytox, Tribosys etc.), and clone keycaps are not allowed on the Marketplace, any form submissions with lube jars and clone keycaps will not be posted.

Specs: Must include PCB Type (Hotswap/Millmax and/or Solder) - If your form does not specify what PCB type is included it will not be posted.

Please take multiple good quality photos of the product(s) you would like us to list on KeebsForAll Marketplace. Ensure that everything that is included in your listing appears in the photos clearly (i.e. Keyboard, PCBs, carrying case, accessories, additional screws, tools etc.).

Please make sure that all components are visible in the product photo(s). Include 1 photo with a timestamp (Date, time, and Discord Username).

We will contact you on Discord, so please make sure you accept messages from non-friends on Discord, if we are unable to add you as a friend/message you, your item will not be posted. 

NOTE: Discord is a requirement/mandatory as it is our primary way of communication. Users must notify us when their Discord username has changed.

Would you like to receive the funds through the Dots payment system (Starting January 26th, 2023 at 12:00pm PST, Marketplace seller fees will be 6% of the product price on all orders placed after this date and time) or in KFA Credit (no fee)? A $1 fee will be applied if paid with Dots payment system.

Payment Breakdown through Dots: 
Product price - 6.5% Fee - Cost of shipping - $1 Dots Fee

Dots allows for payments through PayPal, Venmo, Bank transfer, Amazon gift cards, etc.

When your item has successfully completed inspection/processing, a Dots link with the funds will be sent to you through Discord DM. 

NOTE: KFA Credit can ONLY be used for in stock products. KFA Credit CANNOT be used on Marketplace products and Group Buys.

Please state your *FULL* address (City, State, Zip Code) that you will be shipping your item(s) from to KFA. Once your product sells, we will send you a shipping label through Discord DM. The shipping label cost is deducted from your payment.

NOTE: Sellers residing in Canada must provide their own shipping label to send to KFA. Destination address will be provided upon verification of sale through Discord DM.

Shipping cost: Shipping cost may vary due to various factors, if you are curious about what the cost would be we recommend using a free shipping calculator, input all the necessary information related to your item, and set the destination Zip Code to 90077.

Please let us know immediately on Discord (kfamarketplace) if you want to remove your listing from KFA Marketplace.

If your product has sold on the Marketplace and you're not able to provide it, you will be banned from the marketplace. This is to ensure that the system is fair for both parties.

If your item is no longer available prior to submission on the Marketplace, please edit the copy of your response (sent to your email) in the product title/name section with 'Sold/No longer available/Don't post'. 

If you wish to edit any details of your form prior to submission on the Marketplace, please edit the copy of your response with the necessary updates/edits.
