Brooklyn Brownstone School is in service of the community. We need to know which model works best for YOU. Please complete all questions below once for each child.

Summary of Models:
- Two in-person cohorts, one remote.
- Groups A and B will rotate attendance on Mondays
- Option to program in-person every other day (Model 1A), or in-person every 2-3 days
- Model 1A is "Chancellor Recommended"
- Model 1B is Mr. Brunner's recommendation for cleanliness; there is less exchange between cohort groups
