I am writing today to express my heartfelt apologies. Unfortunately, the party event that you were planning at Off The Wall was cancelled. On March , 2020, Off The Wall experienced prolonged closures resulting from COVID-19 restrictions. This unprecedented time has been difficult for our business as it has been for many of your families. We are very sorry for any inconvenience that this might have caused.
Off The Wall is now operating under new management and transferred ownership during the pandemic. We do our best to always deliver our events as scheduled. However, the well-being and safety of our Guests and Team Members is our first priority. Unfortunately, due to unprecedented circumstances sometimes things don’t go as planned.
