Why replace the roof?

The current roof is approximately 18 years old and the shingles have deteriorated over time.  Also, When the current roof was first installed this was done by church members.  However, the installation was not properly done and the shingles are easily lifting  resulting in leaks.

What is the cost of replacing the roof?

Based on the quotes we have, the cost for completing this work is $95,000.

When will the work begin?
----------------------------------------
We hope for the project to commence at the end of August 2021.
