About Festival

The Evansville Food Truck Festival is organized by Greater Evansville Media LLC and is the first food truck themed festival in the Greater Evansville Area, founded in 2017. The festival has served over 15,000 attendees and is currently held at historic Bosse Field. The festival has raised $7,000 for local charities to date and has selected Cancer Pathways Midwest, forerly Gilda's Club Evv, as the beneficiary for the second year, raising $2,500 in 2019.

The festival is an all day live music festival with local and regional musical acts live on stage with shaded theatre seating. The festival is Greater Evansville Media's greatest undertaking. Greater Evansville Media believes in the importance of live events, world-class entertainment and developing a great local food culture.

$500 – General Sponsor – includes logo on website, social media sites and event map, 10x20 tent space, 2 VIP tickets.

$1000 – Food Voucher Sponsor – includes GA sponsorship level plus logo and website link on every food voucher (about 2,500+ printed).

$1500 – Kid’s Zone Sponsor – includes GA sponsorship level plus logo near kid’s zone area. Provides free bouncy houses, coloring, and other activities to be announced in the kid’s themed area of the festival.

SOLD - $1750 – Front Gate Sponsor – Includes GA sponsorship level plus business flyer passed out to guests leaving event, graphic design, brochure development and print 3,000 4'’x6'’ one sided postcard size.

$2500 – Cancer Survivor Tent Sponsor – includes GA sponsorship level plus event map, logo at entry of tent area, periodic stage mentions, and 2 additional VIP tickets. This provides about 600 food vouchers for cancer survivors, a 20x20 private tent area for local cancer survivors and their families.

NOT AVAILABLE - $3,000 - Radio Sponsor - Includes GA sponsorship level plus sponsorship mention on every radio advertisement and 4 additional VIP tickets

$3,500 – Stage Sponsor – Includes everything with the GA sponsorship level plus logo around stage skirt, live mentions before each performer, 10x20 tent space, 4 additional VIP tickets.

NOT AVAILABLE - $4,000 - Billboard Sponsor – Includes everything with the GA sponsorship level plus large logo (40/60 logo split) on every billboard (details to be worked through) 6 additional VIP tickets.

$7,000 – Presenter Sponsor – included in event tag line where advertised, social media, radio, etc, periodic stage mentions, 10x30 premier space, 8 VIP tickets and 100 General Admission Tickets. Live commercial played periodically during festival hours.
